[mythtv] [PATCH] New CC Option

Attatched is a patch against CVS of this afternoon for adding a
default cc mode option to the playback settings screen.  This
option, when enabled causes closed captions to be on my default when
playing back recordings or watching live tv.  It also includes my
previous modification for the display of the captions.  Hope this is
of use to someone and perhaps it could be committed to CVS.
