[mythtv] don't skip during program option no longer available?

There was an option in setup at one point that, when enabled, wouldn't commercial skip if it thought it was currently in the program. I found this invaluable as I often had commercial skip jump to the beginning of the next commercial break. This doesn't appear to be available any longer. Has this been removed on purpose or am I missing it somewhere? Thanks in advance.
