Yep, just noticed that, very cool.  The patch looks like it is all there,
and the ALSA stuff doesn't seem to have caused any issues (I was
expecting that the patches would conflict significantly).  I am building
now, and will try testing it soon.  Unfortunately, my system has become
very flakey lately.  It seems that if my AverTV card drops a frame, it
goes crazy, and I get all sorts of 'VIDIOSYNC0: Invalid argument'
messages.  While I haven't looked at it yet (perhaps theres some way to
recover from this), I think my system has been overheating, and something
is fried.  Anyhow, long story short, I dunno how hard I can pound on it
until I get my system stable again.
