Hi,

This patch adds:
1) the ability to use the keyword 'Cycle' in the visualisations so that these 
are not randomly taken but in the order you defined them in setup. If you 
press Key_6 you get the next vis in your defined order.
'Random' and 'Cycle' can't be used together, obviously =)

2) the ability to press Key_9 and get a Blank screen (as requested from thor).

Additionally I commented out a block of stuff in globalsettings.cpp which 
seems to be superfluously now.

The idea to this patch came because after some time, mythmusic only switched 
between Goom and Synaesthesia when using Random and pressing Key_6. Anybody 
else experiencing this 'feature'?
