The patch is mainly to allow saa7134 based card to get at the data. They
apparently do it somewhat differently. All other cards should still
work...

It seems to be working, at least it seems to traverse the VBI pages
correctly. Attached are a couple of examples.

subs : Small amount of the output given from checking every page
subs2: Output from BBC Prime from a moment ago.

Both were taken with Live TV.

I'm looking forward to seeing if the stream is actually captured in
about 4 hours :)

Now I will see if I can make a reasonable diff...
