Hi Isaac,

as seen on TV, err IRC i think i'm to blame for this (the patch to calculate
the local timezone offset automatically uses QDateTime::currentTime(UTC)
or similar which only appeared in qt 3.1. If anyone knows a different
way to get the current time in UTC format, please step forward.
Should be simple to fix if you know C++/Qt.
