Oh, so that's what the recordedmarkup-table was for! 

I copied the old "recordedmarkup" from my backup and now 
my old recordings are ok again. Thanks again! 

And with mythcommflag I was able to fix those files that 
I have imported from elsewhere (recorded originally 
with "cat /dev/video0" >somefile.mpg)
