[mythtv] How does mythtv decide which backend does the recording?

Currently Myth just picks the first available input. It doesn't take into
account disk space at all except for the stopgap measure I put into
cvs the other day to stop recording if the master backend filled up.
Last night I was looking at the code and think I found a relatively easy
way to accomplish just what you're asking about. I coded up a sample and
tossed it Isaac's way and after talking about it we think it will work so
I'm going to get something coded up and tested tonight hopefully.
I'll post another reply if I can get it working properly. When Myth is
scheduling what shows should be recorded on what backends I think I can get
it to skip backends that are low on disk space by acting as if they are
unavailable (since they really can't record anything anyway if they're full).
Long answer short: not today but hopefully tomorrow. :)
