[mythtv] [Patch] midnight madness fix

This one will fix a number of bugs that happen around 12 o'clock
like LiveTV stalling for 15 secs and other buffer related stuff.

QTime only supports 24h format and will wrap. It was used in 
timeouts that could expire by default if it's almost midnight. 
Replaced with QDateTime.
