I'm trying to bring mythtv up and I think I need to specify the xv port to
get it to work on my system. With xawtv I get a scrambled window if I do
not specify "xawtv -xvport 56" specifying the video device
"/dev/v4l/video0" also seems to work though the link is pointed properly
from /dev/video. With mythtv I get the same scrambled window and messages
like these:
[andriod at columbia ]$ mythtv
Loading required GL library /usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.so.1.2
Probed: /dev/v4l/video0 - Television
Probed: /dev/v4l/video0 - Composite1

I can hear the sound and change channels fine but the video is scrambled.
Xvinfo reads as follows(slightly summarized):

Any suggestions? It looks to me like mythtv is using port 55 for some
reason even though it says it's not.
