Nicely done.  It's now in CVS.  I modified the Ignore_ID3 setting to be a 1 or 
0, though, just to stay inline with other toggle options.  I'm not really 
able to test this easily (ie, all my music is ogg or flac and has metadata), 
but everything looked decent.
