[mythtv] RedHat 8.0 couldn't open db fix

No worries man, really a good rule of thumb in my book is that if you
are compiling something and it says that it needs X program a lot of the
time what it means is "it needs the source code for X program" and that
is what you get when you install the devel packages.  Another good
example would be QT with mythtv.  It says that it needs QT, but it also
needs the devel stuff to compile.
