[mythtv] RedHat 8.0 couldn't open db fix

After the third night of pulling my hair out I found the problem. I was
getting errors during Make on mythtv but didn't pay attention, when I ran
setup I would get "couldn't open db" ok it a mysql problem right?
Nope go figure its because of the error's I was getting while doing make
on mythtv. If you have RedHat 8.0 do not use the lame RPM use ./configure
make make install and the problem is gone. I don't have a clue whats
getting lost in the RPM but it doesn't work. It's probably my fault from
getting the rpm from that fresh place. Don't get me wrong I'm not nocking
it but being lazy can cause a lot of pain.
