In 0.8 you can press number keys to change the ff/rew
rate while you are moving.

Yes. The arrow keys make small jumps in seconds or move
continuously when 'Sticky keys' is set. Page up and down
are for making larger jumps. The default is 10 min but
it can be changed in Setup to 20-30 min to get to the
end of sporting events quickly or to 3 or 4 min to jump
over smaller sections of a broadcast. I plan to add Home
and End also but want to get the end behavior right (like
position to 1 min before the actual end).
