There isn't.

Like I described in another recent post you can add all sorts of stuff you 
want to the description field, but there are no databse fields or screen 
fields in MythTV to split out other info. And as the description should 
suffice for all free text in the world I personally don't see the need either.

To clarify again: modify the XMLTV file before processing it with 
mythfilldatabase, either by restructuring it again (do you know Perl? :-) 
or adapt the XMLTV parser you are using.
Third option might be adapting myhtfilldatabase, but that would be probably 
too user/cablecompany specific, and.
At last you could add all fields from the DTD to MythTV, but why bother.
