You need to modify the location of the ringbuf.nuv file to a location that 
exists on your system.  On my system (mostly single user) I made a directory 
called mythstore and changed the above to be:

 /home/rpage/mythstore/ringbuf.nuv 

However it appears that you haven't run setup to tell myth where your audio 
device is as well.
