[mythtv] Problems with new mythtv install

I first went to watch a recording, Then stopped it, and went to watch 
Live TV. The sound seems to work fine, but I get no picture other than 
the preview in the video playback. :(. Is the above any help? I dont see 
anything that looks like an error message.
