[mythtv] Getting going out of CVS

Greetings,

I'm trying to get mythtv going out of CVS -- is there a FAQ or README 
that someone can recommend to help me get going? I'm on a 
Debian/unstable box, and I managed to get myth built, and installed 
(make install) into /usr/local, but I don't know how to get the system 
configured..is there a program/script I need to run?

So far, in this episode...

./configure
make
make install

What happens next? :)
