[mythtv] Re:Sound problems.

I have a cmipci sound card as well.  Sometimes the capture volume is
reduced to zero.  I dont know why it does that but because of this I
wrote a little script that calls an alsactl restore before I call
mythfrontend.  Also added amixer commands for good measure.  I am using
the mic input because the other inputs are too weak.
