[mythtv] MythWeather

The CVS version of MythWeather has been updated quite a bit. This addresses 
several issues including:

- The program was starting slowly for some, this was due to the connection 
taking a while/failing
- There are some new weather types
- There was an issue with the 'extended forecast' skipping the next day. This 
is fixed by changing 'Today's Forecast' to 'Tomorrow's Forecast' depending on 
the data available.
