[mythtv] Record now?

Read keys.txt for more info. Start watching live TV, then press M to display
the grid. The current show is selected by default. Press R to record it, and
you can return to live TV with M if it's not automagic (I don't quite
remember). The conditional tests in MythTV allow a recording to begin even
after the start of the program.
