[mythtv] mythfilldatabase Program Problem - Repeats the whole process forever

I run the filldatabase program.  There is a problem it restarts itself, 
then information never gets into the mysql database.

----------------- Start of XMLTV output -----------------
 then it ends, then it restarts itself automatically.
In theory, it will run forever.???????
