[mythtv] Annoying sound chaning channel

Hi All,

I have the same problem. I was just about to propose a feature related
to that. I think since MythTV is essentially recording everything, it
should do fade-out/fade-in when changing channels. Same thing could be
at beginning of shows and at the end.
