[mythtv] Note: database modifications in CVS

I just committed a significant change which requires manual intervention to
convert the database.

If you're tracking CVS, you'll need to execute the CREATE TABLE for the
'record' table and the 4 following INSERT statements in 0-7-to-0-8.sql.
