[mythtv] Note about expat version with suse 8.1

Doing the install now on a suse 8.1 box.  Just wanted
to note that the same problem occured with suse 8.1,
as with redhat 8.0 as per documentation.  Available
expat version is 1.95.4 and this caused problems on
the install XML::Twig part of the xmltv install.  I
downloaded the 1.95.5 rpm and XML::Twig installed
fine.

Man, Suse 8.1 is really great, but a year ago i was
using gentoo, and emerge is just great, couse there
must be an ebuild, but still.

Thanks, great documentation by the way!!  Seems very
comprehensive so far.
