[mythtv] Announcing a Linux PVR hardware mailing list

I misreported membership requirements.  You may now join the mailing list
without a Yahoo account.  To join send an email to
LinuxPvr-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.  It will then send a message back to you. 
In that message click the link and it will take you to a Yahoo subscribe page. 
Choose to just subscribe to the mailing list only and You will be on it without
a Yahoo account.
