[mythtv] Yipee, almost there but audio whine

Yeah.  My "stumbling" was only in the sense that I forgot to do that in
the first place and spent all of 20 seconds wondering why it didn't
work...

I actually went in and did it via mysql manually, mostly because I am
stubborn and like doing things the hard way.  :)

In CVS, all you have to do is run the setup program and change the dsp
device 
in there.
