[mythtv] video shifted to right w/ green line of noise on left

Just got Myth installed for the first time on an Athlon 1.3 w/ a WinTV 
Go board.  When I click on watchTV, the video signal comes up, but its 
noticeably shifted right with a green bar of noise running down the 
left.  If I record a show. the green line and shifted video are also 
transferred to the recording.  I'm running on a fresh install of 
Mandrake 9.  Any help is appreciated.
