[mythtv] Per-channel time offset?

For some odd reason the channels here all have their own version of what
the actual time is. Some are two minutes early (from NTP time), some are
five minutes late.

Is there any way to set a per-channel "shift" time which determines when
recordings are set, or would that just be horrendously complicated?
