[mythtv] Mythmusic (thanks and a suggestion)

Have an athlon 1800 in my mythtv box running gentoo, and it compiled
Goom fine. Paddusb is a mmx instruction I guess? Hardly an assembly
expert.

You got it, non-Pentium... Althon XP 2100

Tested -march=athlon with no luck. I'll try playing with those settings
further later.
