[mythtv] XMLTV 0.5.7

This hasn't propagated to all of SF's mirrors, their main site (remove
"prdownloads." from the url) has XMLTV 0.5.7.  I was having difficulties
(it didn't understand the page or the ge, lt etc) so I went to SF and
they had a new version up.
Just letting you know.  And it works fine now.
