[mythtv] PATCH: mythbackend duplex check

This patch checks the audio device for duplex, and reports a warning
if full duplex capability is not being reported by the card.

If accepted, I'll add something to the troubleshooting section of the
HOWTO that details why this may or not be a problem.  (audio being
read from btaudio is one reason, mythfrontend and mythbackend running
on different boxes is another)
