[mythtv] Latest CVS changes to mythmusic require Qt 3.1.1

Or do the smart thing and just fix CVS which I see someone has already done.  
Only thing I see it needs now is a #include <qregexp.h> at the top of
cdrip.cpp.  Feels goofy, but here's a 15 line patch to add that 1 line
(so I can say I didn't "complain" about something without submitting a
patch). :)
