[mythtv] New UI Type - patch and icons

attached is a patch for a new uitype (for lack of a better name i called
it a UIListBtnType). the tarball has the patch and also icons which go
into the default subdirectory of the theme directory.

Features:
1) single column listview with single selection
2) checkable items (suppressed by default - enable in theme)
3) scroll arrows (suppressable in theme)
4) right arrow (suppressable in theme)
5) easy to use (connect to signals, add items, scroll using function
calls.)
6) highly themeable - gradients, spacing, margin, fonts.

i will write some documentation if anybodys interested. as seen from
screenshot mythnews has been modified to use this uitype.
