[mythtv] [patch] epg rendering reworked

Reworked the epg styles and rendering a bit. Removed the hardcoded colors and 
old styles, so everything should scale with themes now.
New styles:

Alpha   - like old alpha
Blender - like old shaded, almost same as Alpha with 1/3 cpu
Eco     - like Blender, no font shadows, even less cpu
Solid   - solid.

Genre colors and text are checkbox settings now. Squashed some bottlenecks
so things should speed up.
