[mythtv] mythradio development snapshot

The past days I worked on a plugin for Internet radio. A development snapsot 
is downloadable from the url below. I hope that adding Internet Radio to 
mythTV is an option.

I started development for my own mythtv setup only, and considered submitting 
it here later. Therefore it compiles against v0.13 - not cvs.
