I noticed one time earlier today where it resumed at the wrong place.
It turns out to be a driver/decoder issue.  The very first time we get
the frame count, the decoder hasn't seen enough data yet so the frame
count is the last amount it played.  It makes playback resume at the
desired point plus the number of frames previously played.  The simple
fix, just tested, is to make the bookmark seek use JumpToFrame instead
of DoFastForward.
