[mythtv] [PATCH] MPEG2->MPEG2 commercial cut (alpha verson 0.2)

When I watch tv it auto skips commercials since I have the flag set. Are 
you saying I need to do this manually to enter the cutlist into the 
database?

You populate the cutlist by entering cutpoints while watching the
recording (either loading in the auto commercial cutpoints, or manually
specifying them).  See keys.txt or the documentation on mythtv.org

As a side note, now that Isaac has resynced ffmpeg, the code should
compile against myth's libav* again.
