[mythtv] [PATCH] MTD two pass

     This makes minor changes to mythdvd/mtd/jobthread.* to fix
two-pass ripping of dvd's.  This patch was created with the command:
"LC_ALL=C TZ=UTC0 diff -Naur mythdvd mythdvd.cvs" against CVS as of
Dec. 11th.
