[mythtv] recorded markup table errors

I was getting a bunch of recordedmarkup table errors (reading file, errno
145...).  This happened when I went to skip commercials and what not.
Anyway, I looked at the table in the database, and it seemed corrupt.  I
couldn't open it to even view the columns.  So, I dropped it.

Now, the question is... What SQL script out there created this table in the
first place?  I checked in a few (0.10 to 0.11, cvs.sql, mc.sql, etc.) and
couldn't really find it.  Any help on this one?
