[mythtv] Touchscreen support

As far as I know, this is because of mythtv not supports
mouse input, and I belive noone hase actually fixed this
yet,so some work needs to be done there.

So if you *really* want this, that is what it takes.

This is offcourse dependent on Isaac actually accepting
patches for this at all?
