Here is a minor bug fix for the transcoder.  It fixes the 'raw' mode
transcoding that I accidently broke earlier.  It also takes care of a
corner case which could cause serious issues during streaming.  I
seriously doubt this will have any impact of Chris's problem (which I
haven't been able to duplicate so far) though.
