[mythtv] mythmusic not compiling for me

Having problems getting mythmusic compiled from current cvs. I first
noticed it last night. Probably haven't compiled for a week or so
before that. Apparently I'm the only one getting this since no one
else has noted it.

This is from a make clean distclean ; make

g++ -c -pipe -Wall -W -O3 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer -march=i686 -I/usr/include/SDL -D_REENTRANT -D_REENTRANT -fPIC  -D_GNU_SOURCE -DPREFIX=\"/usr\" -DMMX -DQT_NO_DEBUG -DQT_THREAD_SUPPORT -DQT_PLUGIN -I/usr/qt/3/mkspecs/linux-g++ -I. -I/usr/include -I/usr/local/include -I/usr/qt/3/include -I/usr/X11R6/include -o cdrip.o cdrip.cpp^M
In file included from lameencoder.h:9,^M
                 from cdrip.cpp:32:^M
/usr/include/lame/lame.h:91: syntax error before numeric constant^M
make[1]: *** [cdrip.o] Error 1^M
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/kvandivo/mythtv/mythmusic/mythmusic'^M
make: *** [sub-mythmusic] Error 2^M

Anyway, from browsing the cvs logs, it looks like a few files have
changed in there. My lame.h hasn't changed, so I don't think the
problem is that.

Needless to say, this is on a gentoo box, recently emerge/sync'd.
If there's any other info I can provide, let me know.
