[mythtv] native lirc support and qt

I had to go through all the makefiles in myth and add -lfreetype to the
LIBS var to get things to build, so in my case whatever portions of
libfreetype it wants aren't already included in qt-mt. Off hand I can't
see how to configure this behavior.
