[mythtv] New version of Mythchannels

Ramon,
 
auto scanning didn't find any channels for me here in Holland, but maybe
that has to do with the fact that the built-in frequency tables don't
work for Holland anyway? I have to use an external channel change script
to make things work. Any ideas?
