ISTM that someone ought to investigate Decisionmark, the company behind
TitanTV.  They are, in fact, already working with UltimateTV, which is
a GPL project, and I gather from some comments on their website, in
conjunction with the tone of the message at

which makes me nervous... since I know how to avoid every being seen to
be offline; I'd assume they could, too.

Well, if they get their head out, they might be good -- they have
*good* commentary and ep titles, and useful stuff like that.
