[mythtv] The PVR250 Install....

The best thing to do, that I've found, is to download the pristine
2.4.20 kernel from kernel.org and then apply the path for v4l2. Build
the kernel, then build the ivtv mods as per their instructions. Then
build MythTV from CVS. Hope that helps...
