[mythtv] Adjusting individual time offsets

A small comment on time offsets I've noticed. I have my
myth machine getting ntp time controll, and most of the shows
I have it record are perfect. Take the 5:30 national news
broadcasts, it starts perfectly at the top of the show. But
then when the 6:00 local news comes on its late by a couple
minutes. This is because the local channels (here in MSP)
start their local news immediately after the 5:30 news signs
off, not waiting for the commercials to end at 6:00. I guess they
don't want viewers a chance to channel surf away.

I'm not sure what can really be done about that unless
each individual show is allowed to be shifted by a
couple minutes; which could result in some messy code
trying to deal with lots of start/stop times. Another thought
would be to schedule multiple shows on the same channel to
be recorded as one, ie: record NBC from 5:30-6:30.

In my case, its not really that big a deal. Its usually only
local broadcasts that may start early/late. An example of
starting late is again in MSP, the 10:30pm shows actually
are time shifted by 5 minutes to start at 10:35pm
(Gives the local news 5 more minutes of commercials :).
But in this case its in the schedule so myth handles that.

I would say overall, a NTP controlled myth box is 1000%
improved over a VCR where the clock is set by your watch.
Perhaps, as part of the aux documentation for myth, there should
be a stong encouragement and links to help setting up NTP.
