For me, the ability to do that in userspace and that you can receive 
several channels at once with one tuner is one of the more interesting 
things about DVB. Or are CPUs / memory- / PCI busses too slow for that, 
esp. with e.g. 3 tuners and 7 channels?

 From what I understood, the main problem (now that MythTV can process 
raw MPEG2 streams) is channel changing / scheduling, and that's 
completely unlike the PVR250. But you participated in the DVB thread 
<http://www.gossamer-threads.com/perl/mailarc/gforum.cgi?post=55152#55152>, 
so is there anything else remaining?
