[mythtv] [PATCH] Add transcoding support (final)

Okay, I've updated the patch to use a seperate transcoder.  The path to
the executable is set via the Settings menu in Mythfrontend (I forgot
that settings were keyed per host, so obviously thi works fine)

It creates programs/mythtranscode/... so obviously this needs to be added
to CVS when it gets applied.

I hope it is satisfactory now.

Note.  It is currently set up to move the original file to .old rather
than deleting it.
This can be modified by commenting the relevant lines in tv_rec.cpp
around 1987
